THE BIG FIVE TRAINING PROGRAMME

At Understood, we make psychological concepts accessible, engaging, and practical, helping employees and teams grow and succeed.

Our Big Five Training Programme provides deep personal insights, empowering employees to unlock their full potential. Combining personalised profiling (using the NEO-PI) with a series of engaging training modules, participants develop key skills in self-awareness, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence.

Note: Modules can be delivered individually or as part of the complete programme.

Our tried-and-tested programme begins with the completion of the NEO-PI Assessment (online). It continues with the following five modules:
