The Brief

Somerset Passenger Solutions (SPS) needed a tailor-made CPC driver training programme to comply with legal standards while improving employee engagement and customer experience. SPS, the exclusive transport provider for the Hinkley Point nuclear power plant, wanted to go beyond standard compliance training to align their driver development with the company’s Vision and Values.

To achieve this, SPS asked us to develop five DVSA-accredited CPC driver training courses, customised to their specific operational needs.

In order to make the training relevant and impactful, we tailored it to meet SPS’s specific operational needs. In addition, we ran Train the Trainer certification workshops, enabling SPS to continue the programme independently.
