Our Gold eLearning package offers a high-level, fully personalised experience. It includes several bespoke multimedia elements all designed within a unique and a more complex learning journey.

Case Study

  • The requirement: A national transport operator wanted to reinforce their drivers’ knowledge and understanding of the daily walkaround check carried out of the vehicle.
  • The audience: The course was aimed at both new employees and as a refresher for experienced drivers.
  • The goal: The client wanted to improve the quality and consistency of vehicle checks with a view to improving safety standards across the board.
  • The challenge: The company’s employees work irregular hours, often remotely, so the solutions needed to be accessible and allow flexibility in access.
  • The solution: We designed the course as four short e-Learning modules. Users could complete the course over a period of time, at a time to suit them, on any device.
  • The features: We produced a short film, and used it throughout the course, alongside activities, quizzes, images and CCTV footage to give real-life context. We created a digital version of the drivers’ ticket machine so they could practise entering the vehicle faults in a low-stakes environment. We included impactful statistics and footage of real incidents to show the consequences of failure and provide dramatic effect to help embed the concepts and ideas.
  • The outcome: New drivers loved being able to review specific elements of the check multiple times, from the comfort of their own homes. And even experienced drivers felt that they learnt something valuable.
